Whether you call it Healing or Intuitive Healing, or Hands on Energy Healing, or Reiki or Healing Touch…
(or, or, or! because healing goes by many names)
Healing is for real.
And no matter how you slice it, healing brings about positive change in people.
I call it Intuitive Healing and I say it’s right for (almost) everyone.
Most people I meet find me because they’re searching for a way to help themselves get to get to where they want to be in life.
They wonder if something’s wrong with them because there’s a gap between where they are now and where they’d like their life to be.
They worry that this gap is a sign: I must be doing something wrong. I must not be a good person.
Often, we don’t speak about these worries openly because we believe we’re the only ones feeling this way. And for most of us, there were probably many times when we tried to tell someone what was going on and it didn’t go very well. Yikes! So, on we go, trying to make the magic alone.
(Almost) everyone can benefit from receiving healing.
- It bridges the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
- It addresses your crispy bits, and helps to soften them.
- It gently reveals the beautiful gems inside while grounding you so deeply that you can rock your life without apology.
- And… it helps you peek into the dark cobwebby corners you’ve been avoiding because no one would go in there with you.
- Most of us need help and cannot do this journey alone.
Healing is about trusting that you were always meant to do beautiful things in your life, that the good stuff is meant for you too!
It’s about welcoming in the very thing you’ve been avoiding–to find out just what exactly it has been trying to tell you. Healings help us to receive what shows up by creating space for it.
It’s not about pushing harder, dancing faster, or trying to cover up what’s happening.
It’s about Loving yourself, one little bit at a time.
The bottom line is:
We all need support.
Everyone needs a little light shined.
Wandering alone in the desert isn’t very fun. You get lost, you get blisters, and you find out again and again that the shiny little mirages are well, just shiny little mirages.
You matter.
You are important.
Your life matters.
How you are feeling matters.
What you want for yourself matters.
Your upsets matter.
All of it matters.
What would it be like to live from that place of knowing?
